Terms of Service

Welcome to sesh.art. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Our Service

sesh.art is a drawing practice tool that provides timed reference images for artists. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To use sesh.art, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Create an account using Google sign-in
  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use Google OAuth for authentication — we never see or store your password.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page.

3. Our Content

The reference images, software, design, and other content on sesh.art belong to us or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or sell our reference images
  • Scrape or bulk download content
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Reverse engineer our software

Your drawings created while using sesh.art are yours — we make no claim to your artwork.

4. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without compensation to improve the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Subscriptions and Billing

sesh.art offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Pro"). By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Stripe will send you a reminder email before your trial ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you are charged in error or your subscription renews unintentionally, contact us within 48 hours of the charge at hello@stash.studio and we will issue a full refund for that charge.
  • We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice sent to your account email. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free and Pro tiers. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep sesh.art available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to sesh.art at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription.

9. Disclaimer

sesh.art is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will meet your requirements or be error-free. Your use of sesh.art is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of sesh.art. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
